Far Infrared,near Infrared and Red Light Therapy Sauna
The Sauna is a Sunlighten brand made out of low fragrance bass wood for those with sensitivities. Each session will take about 20 minutes. This time is for experienced sauna users. If it is your first time and you have cleared this with your doctor, it is recommended you stay in for 10 minutes. Based on your sauna experience, the temperature will be 110-140 degrees. This sauna contains FI panels along back, sides, at feet, and below seat. There are two Red and Near Infrared bulbs as well.
